The lady tried to charge me $250 for one night for a room and then only tried saying that she was charging my car 200. I do not recommend staying here. She is a rip off.

Other than a difficult gentleman at the front desk, the hotel was nice. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

I opted to pay at hotel as I was traveling with family and making the reservation for a family member. The morning of check in I received a phone call from hotel asking if I can switch my room from a 2 queen to a king. I said no. The worker persisted I switched and I said no I booked 2 queens for a reason. Upon arrival, cards were all ready and they had charged the card I had for the reservation for the 48 hour cancellation. Marriott offers certain amenities to higher elite status customers. I am Titanium for life (2400 nights) and was denied a late check out because they've closed an entire floor of the hotel. I'm assuming it's because it is not their peak season and was told they have sports teams checking in tomorrow. Last time I stay here and I'll ensure no one from my company stays here either.

This is a very nice facility with MUCH better than the norm served for breakfast and a great place to stay the night before a Green Bay Packers game! (10.12). The same front desk person was there in the evening and again in the morning, and she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed! Thanks for the great Customer Service and Go Pack Go!
