Manager was not welcoming. If you want good amenities and service go next door to the Radisson. What hotel doesn’t allow or offer a late checkout? Esp for Marriott Elite members!? Parking lot is empty so don’t tell me you have a need for the room on a Sunday in mid winter. We just spent 50k in Baltimore and got the same crap service. Time to switch from Bonvoy to somewhere that appreciates their guests. Don’t stay here.

If I could give negative stars I would. The manager is absolutely unprofessional and very rude when explaining things. My daughter is very sick and I don’t feel right bringing her into the building with strep. So there is an option for the hotel business to give you a refund if they deemed it necessary. She absolutely made it very clear that there wasn’t an option for that and I will not be getting a refund. Will never come to this hotel just because of her attitude !!!

The manager is rude. Why do they have someone with such a bad temper? I stayed there a few days ago, and she discriminated against me just for being obese. That woman is ill-mannered. I also noticed that she treats her employees, who are mostly Latina women, badly. She should have more respect. They treated me better when cleaning my room 220 than the manager herself.

This is the second time we have attempted to hold a business meeting at this location using the conference room, and the second time it has failed. Twice we clearly requested meeting space. Twice we ended up with a king suite instead. Twice we contacted Marriott corporate for help and received no meaningful assistance. As a result, twice we have been forced to cancel the reservation and move our meeting to another location.
