The decor could use a bit of an update, but it was confortable enough.
Hot tub was broken again...the shake machine of hospitality..
The staff and management went above and beyond with their levels of service. My wife and I were traveling and checked into this establishment later in the evening. Due to employment considerations we went left the room for work and returned at approximately 11:00am. Scheduled check out is at 12 noon. Manager Dawn and front desk clerk Owen exhibited professionalism, courtesy and empathy when allowing us to get some rest and check out at 4pm. This hotel was great! The staff are fantastic and all very nice. It's definitely a bit dated overall but the room was clean so no concerns there. Great price. There aren't a lot of nice hotels directly north of Denver so I'll have to remember this one.
