Rooms - very clean. Your basic room. Everything worked. Service - front desk was not very welcoming. Slow to check us in. Location - close to I 95.

We stayed for 8 nights. Staff was fantastic and made us feel at home. Even the management team was great. Rooms were perfect. Breakfast area is huge and breakfast was different every morning. Coffee and tea available 24 hours. Even let us hang out in breakfast area at night with another family we went on the trip with. Nice outside seating area on the lake where you get to see the ducks, iguanas, turtles, and Cookie the hotel rooster! Pool was nice and clean. They even have pool toys and floats available. I recently stayed here and overall the hotel has a lot going for it. It is incredibly clean and you can easily tell that the property has been recently renovated. I had minimal interaction with the staff outside of a smooth checkin and checkout and I didn’t try the breakfast but the bedroom itself was comfortable and fresh. My only complaint, but a significant one for me, was the bathroom in room 226. Well located and got a good rate for a brand that's usually very good for business travellers like myself. However, having extremely poor lighting in the room and a very spotty Wi-Fi signal to the point you have to go to the lobby to get work done, is a deal breaker for me.

Was perfectly situated for our trip. Devante was helpful on the phone and Harmony was amazing at the front desk. What an asset . The staff was great and the hotel is very clean and quiet .
