Pretty good stay overall, but I want to give special shout out to the complementary breakfast team. I arrived late -after the service had already closed, and instead of turning me away, the staff kindly gave me some food and took care of me without any hesitation. I also want to add, receptionists are super friendly and kind too.
Very quiet, clean, convenient location, and accommodating when our flight was cancelled.
Stayed at Marriott Courtyard next door last year and was very disappointed. Rooms outdated and smelled. Lobby and bar area not clean! So this year we decided to try Fairfield Inn and forget the restaurant. Got here, opened 1st room assigned and it was already occupied!!!! Next room gave us handicap room but I could hardly get into shower. NO COFFEE or Decaf coffee at 7 am??? Really?? Husband expressed his concerns to, Front desk said that they would handle! Positive: Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was courteous and welcoming. Negative: I had to wait over an hour to check in to my room, and I had a reservation and arrived after 5 pm. The deadbolt on the door between my room and the adjoining room doesn’t work. The refrigerator is not cold, so I had to throw my food out.
