We ate dinner late but good. Room was nice and clean. Used the fold out bed and it was comfortable.
My experience here was largely shaped by two staff members, Kyndell at the front desk and Matthew the manager (apologies if I've misspelled either) and honestly, they set the bar high. Every question I had was answered, every need was handled, and both of them did it with a genuinely good attitude. Not that forced hospitality either - actual warmth.
