Cory at the front desk was friendly. Comfy rooms. Breakfast fine. Location near a lot of eating place and easy to get to from freeway.
I had a wonderful stay at Fairfield Inn by Marriott and want to highlight the exceptional service I received from the front desk. Mathew Lopez truly made this stay memorable. On my first day, I asked if it was possible to get a cup of hot water to make tea. From that day onward, whenever I returned after a long day at work, Mathew thoughtfully offered me a cup of hot water without me even asking. Wonderful staff take care of whatever you need.
The check in was probably the warmest and most welcome check in ever. Hotel was quaint and comfy. Unfortunately we had to check out early due to illness but the location was great with lots around. I would stay again when I go back to Colorado Springs.
