This a great property, especially it being a Fairfield. It’s modern , newer , fresh. I’ve stayed here a couple times. Room is always clean , nice size tv , just overall comfortable room. Great location , right next to the freeway , roughly 10 min from the Battery/Truist Park. Few restaurants and Racetrac gas station near by. Also they don’t hit you on the head with the security deposit. Only $20.
The hotel was nice and very clean. The only takeaway would be that the desk associate was always in an office and we had to wait several times for her to come to the desk. It would have been nice to be greeted when entering the hotel, instead, it seemed like we were imposing when we stopped at the desk.
Nice location. Close to highway and lots of restaurants but hidden back by it's self not on the main road. My room was very clean, the hotel felt very clean. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff. I read the reviews about the AC problems none in my room it worked perfectly. I think they lock the side doors for safety but they should mark them as non entry.
I stayed at this hotel for one night, however I enjoyed the stay. Based off the reviews & the ratings, I was expecting an unpleasant stay. Thankfully, I had a great experience. The room was clean, the location was quiet, & the service was great. Thanks for providing a great stay.
Stayed for one night in a two queen bedroom on 9/5/25. The AC was broken. We tried turning it on, and despite the temperature on the thermostat display going up/down, the room temperature didn’t change and the fan wasn’t blowing. Over night, the thermostat began to blink red, and it was really hot in the room. When my dad brought this to the front desks attention, instead of sending someone to look at it, their response was “There’s nothing we can do. You booked on booking.com, so we can send you points, but that’s it.” Mind... read more
