Man, I can't come up with a reason to mark them down. I mean, I don't like to hand out 5s like candy, but they didn't fail at anything. The criticism (stretching here): The toilet handle had been rubbed down so the chrome was wearing off. The bed was really low, but that is actually maybe a plus for some people. The biggest complaint is the chair for the desk (the only char). It was awkward, had an odd back that you could NOT lean back in. In a few minutes it would start to hurt. Super expensive 😫 no complimentary breakfast
This is by far the best service I've received at a hotel. I'm not a platinum member or any one special but they went way....way out of there way to make me feel at home. If and when I'm around again, this will be where I stay. Thanks Hope and Parrish!
My husband booked a room here for the weekend so we could attend a retirement ceremony a little less than 10 minutes away. It was me, him, and our 10 month old. He booked an accessible room so that we could have a bathtub for the baby. From the beginning there was issues. We went to the included breakfast on the day we arrived and my husband cut into his egg "omlet" and there was hair in it. We went to the room and it looked like the sheets hadn't been changed.
