Stayed for one night in a two queen bedroom on 9/5/25. The AC was broken. We tried turning it on, and despite the temperature on the thermostat display going up/down, the room temperature didn’t change and the fan wasn’t blowing. Over night, the thermostat began to blink red, and it was really hot in the room. When my dad brought this to the front desks attention, instead of sending someone to look at it, their response was “There’s nothing we can do. You booked on booking.com, so we can send you points, but that’s it.” Mind... read more
Great value and location
This is one of my favorite fairfields in the atlanta area i have stayed here a few times already the rooms are nice and the service is amazing will stay here again
Our client has stayed here previously 3 years ago and complained about the staff but clearly that went unnoticed. The staff at the front desk once again was rude to our client staying there on a personal visit. We do not recommend staying at this property if others are available in the area. The negative energy and mistreatment that he received from the Managers on property was completely unacceptable.
