They were friendly and courteous. They didn't want to see me leave. Had good complimentary breakfast and was hot and delicious
Booking was easy. Check in went well. Bed was super uncomfortable. Room and shower were clean and decent for us. However, friends who stayed at the same time found a bed bug in their room. They instantly went to the desk who gave them points but no refund. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, but coffee was good. Two female workers appeared very lazy leaving messes everywhere and nothing refilled properly. Is an excellent place the people are there are very nice and kind my friend has been misplaced from Longfellow Plaza along with several others because of the fire and they put up five people there several over at the terrain and several over at the Comfort Inn through Longfellow Plaza out of all of them Fairfield is the best but with a fire and stuff they had to take what they were offered so they weren't out on the streets thanks for the Red Cross and all the surrounding restaurants that help provide them with meals and stu... read more
