Front desk woman is very rude and gave off racial profiling from the moment I walked into the hotel. I usually stay at the other Mariott’s when I am in Anchorage and I have never felt more uncomfortable/racially profiled until today. The room is outdated and dirty to Mariott standards. The heater is loud throughout the night. You can hear every creak of the floor and door slamming from upstairs. I will never stay here again.

We love staying here when in Anchorage. It's convenient to the airport and restaurants. Everyone is very friendly. They have a continental breakfast and laundry service. The beds are comfy and rooms clean. My only complaint is that the water pressure is bad. With long, thick hair, it's hard to wash with the little pressure. Otherwise, it's a wonderful place.
