Spent one night here; asked for late checkout (even though I’m gold elite) theu said no. Was told I could have late checkout due to status level. Other than that nothing to complain about; nice clean rooms; newer hotel and location is walking distance to a Starbucks. Plenty of parking (free) and about 8-10 minutes from ANC. Breakfast selection is typical Fairfield inn; decent options and staff was very good about refilling and keeping the busy eating area clean.

The staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms look great. The house keeper Marlon assisted me and was very friendly. You can tell he loves helping others. I saw everyone working well together. It has a friendly and open atmosphere.
