We went to Oak Mountain park, so this was a perfect location. Our room had a whirlpool, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Coffee and water are always available. The breakfast had lots of options and it was hot.
I booked this room 3 months ahead of time and the morning of the day I was supposed to check in, they cancelled the reservation. They didn’t try to call me or email me, and I only found out by noticing on the app that it had been cancelled. I tried calling them and asked them to reinstate the reservation, but they would not do it and told me I would have to make another reservation which would be $300 more than what I had originally booked it for. Do not stay here.
Decent rooms, friendly staff, okay location
Excellent customer service! Devon and Sylvia were very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Sylvia recommended a restaurant within walking distance that was very good. Devon accommodated our need for an extra day without any complications. Breakfast was fresh and well tended. Plenty of parking. Coffee and tea available in the spacious lobby 24-7 (and it was good!)
