I checked in after a long day of travel. After getting settled in. I go to the restroom and on a towel is unopened bar of soap with hair on it . Reported it to the front desk along with photo. I was told they don't know what happened and would let the general manager know. Also offer me a packaged bar of soap. Thanks
Worst Marriott we have ever seen.Nightmare of a stay. The front desk refused to ask anyone to pick out trash up & refused to get us even laundry bags then refused to get us in touch with the hotel manager to let them know of how bad is their hotel. The buffet lady on the weekend was tracking how much everyone eats & forces them by talking infront every other guest, to limit what they take in their plates & keep food for other guests , it is not a fundraising & the weird issue is , the front desk was aware & did nothing altho... read more
Wish they told me when I checked in that the satellite tv was down - would have gone elsewhere. It was down from the day before. Watched football game on my phone in the room. Wish there were microwaves in the rooms - no way to heat my dinner. Outlets in lamps for plugging things in not working. Could hear people running on floor above. my parnter and i were still here when this was written. He was visiting me and stayed here with me, staying on days i didn't have to go to work the next day, so i slept at home a lot on days i did glad i did. Frist day we got there, we couldn't get inside due to the key not working. We had to go down and get it fixed they fixed it for us, but still this shouldn't of happened. There are only microwaves in the most expensive rooms. for no reason very tiny minifridge in a bigger room had a normal one. The lamps are all rusted. ... read more
