Atención pésima, no funciona el ascensor, la chica de recepción atiende muy mal y con mala aptitud. Soy empleada Marriott y jamás me habían tratado así en una propiedad. Solicité agua ya que el ascensor no funciona y me tocaba si ir 3 pisos y me dijeron no tener. Pésimo todo
Ok for a night or two but don’t expect much. The sign says breakfast at 6 but if you ask the guy up front he tells you 6:30. Then Jackie will tell you breakfast starts at 6. So if you’re blue collar and have to be out early- don’t expect anything. There’s no microwaves in the rooms and the elevators aren’t working. Our work crew will not be staying here again.
The hotel is out of date, buffet was not Marriott standards. The bed was hard and as a titanium member, I have stayed in many hotels. I would never recommend them. No fresh fruit, no water for guest, the service was not happy as well.
