we had a room where the toilet didnt work and on the thrid day of our stay the toilet flooded. The front desk did help but thay was completely unaccpetable the bathroom door also did not lock unless the door was opened and as soon as it closed it unlocked. Plus the door to our room didnt close all the way and we didnt know until we came back from what we were doing that day. They also didnt bring new towels.
This was my first time staying at this hotel and will definitely be my last. I arrived early in Atlanta and had requested an early check-in through the mobile app, indicating around 3 PM. I came around that time but was told there were no available rooms. We specifically booked a double bedroom, and while other guests were being checked in, we had to wait. Fair price nice room ,clean,friendly and good breakfast.
Smelly room. Getting worn, not what you expect from Marriott.
It was a great stay. I would have liked more choices for breakfast like oatmeal, bagels, and muffins. But that's just a preference. Registration desk personal were friendly and cheerful.
