Found a condom wrapper in the room. I'll never go back. The owner responded they have no record of me staying there... What a joke. Just admit that someone didn't do a good job cleaning the room and commit to doing a better job. Living in denial wont help your reviews, it will only make it worse.

Hotel rooms were ok. If you stay on the first floor it is loud. We came in for work as a group and got in after mid night. We confirmed at checkin about a late check at 2pm and it was approved for all of our rooms. In the morning house keeping came knocking and we let them know about our late checkout that was approved at check in. A few minutes later three employees came together to my room to tell me unfortunately they could no longer accommodate that and I needed to please leave my room. I have never felt the need to leave a review before now. This hotel stay was awful. The lady at the front desk at night had no knowledge and laughed at us when we had to buy a hair dryer because she could not provide one, which is advertised. Our first room stank, was dirty and the toilet overflowed. The second room stank worse. There was also painted tape over a hole in the bathroom ceiling. Stayed with the wife and son during a recruiting tour of UA. It is basic with some rough edges. The saving grace was the ease of check in and comfortable bed.
