This hotel is a a "best kept secret". It is in a quiet, convenient area. There are many food choices nearby. The breakfast was wonderful with many choices, fresh bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs and omelets. Love ice coffee and numerous choices for creamers. They have a beautiful indoor pool and room was very comfortable and spacious. The desk setup worked great with a desk chair and an under the desk stool and another chair. I am a Gold Elite, I would like email survey for my stay. I had several problems, the desk clerk came to my room and said. Yes , this is terrible, and even took pictures. It was 10 pm , and was NOT asked if we could move. I was told the GM would call and make adjustment. When I checked out, gave the info again, was told they would call me. Older hotel that is being renovated. Things were fairly clean. However, the fire alarm in the room across from us was going off periodically (every 10 mins?) for at least a good 24 hours, waking us up throughout the night. When we reported this the next morning, turns out that one of the people at the desk knew about it and didn't bother to twll anyone else or do anything about it!
