So I'm going to start with the good... Good: located near La Guardia, breakfast, neighborhood walkability/shopping/dining Bad and ugly: Front desk and other staff are friendly but clearly good management is lacking. Examples: 1st two nights there was partying, music, and loud voices in the room next to me. I let it slide the first night but the 2nd night I had to call downstairs to get it to stop at 2:30ish in the AM. (And I think it was from hotel staff residing in the hotel.) I came here for 2 nights and the first night i had some issues with bugs in my room , when i first arrived there was a roach on my floor and on the bathroom floor i had no problem with that and killed it but then the second night i woke up and there was bed bugs in the bed and my niece and grandma were beyond biten up by these disgusting bed bugs. Charles is the best front desk associate ever. Made me feel so welcomed and at-home over an otherwise lonely work trip. Fairfield Inn is lucky to have Charles! Great free breakfast too and very clean. Thank you!
