Upon arrival we were kindly greeted by Allie she quickly began checking us in even though we had an issue using gift cards ( system error) she continuously kept us upto date and remained very friendly and professional. Throughout our stay she greeted us by name every time we entered or exited the facility. All other employees where great but allie's professionalism and customer service outshines all expectations. Thanks again Allie for being so kind and patient with my family. We look forward to staying again in the future.
Service and the atmosphere was enjoyable
The staff lacks basic manners and customer handling skills. It’s embarrassing.
Overall great service and friendly team. They were nice towards me during stay. Close to subway station. Updated furniture needed
