Booked a room here because of the complimentary shuttle to/from the airport. We tried multiple times in an exchange of messages (because their phone wasn't working) to arrange for transportation, but in the end, we had to take an uber because their message feed was too busy to respond to the shuttle request when we had our bags and were waiting at the curb! In terms of customer service, this hotel is severely lacking, unlike all of the other Marriott properties at which we've stayed.
I found this to be a great spot to stay on the last night of my trip. They allowed me to check-in early, which was nice to drop off my bags. Be warned it is quite a journey on foot from the subway line. The room was great though, massive for NYC standards. The free shuttle to LGA was the deal-breaker for me, got me right to the terminal in under 10 minutes for my early-morning flight. They do have a full breakfast included but I was not able to partake.
Pros: Continental breakfast, cleanliness of rooms. Cons: Room stunk of Marijuana due to proximity to stairwell and the Hotel is positioned next to some sort of club or venue that loudly plays music so my entire weekend was nonstop loud music.
