We got 3 rooms. The crew and I enjoyed our stay. The gym needs mirrors. some better cleaning around all corners of room as there was thick dust that accumulated wich just a vacuum cannot reach.

We arrived, we're treated with respect and professionalism; especially by Tim and Elena. All employees were very engaging and communicative. They effectively explained complimentary breakfast hrs. and location, gym and outdoor pool hrs. and etiquette. We were provided a clean spacious room. Overall exceptional, optimal customer service; nce again especially by Elena and Tim.
