The customer service were not good here. I will never return to this location. My friend had a roach in his room. I had a bug in the bathroom when we asked for more towels for our rooms, the responses we got were unprofessional. They didn’t tell us before we checked in that the water was off. They didn’t want to relocate us to another Marriott nearby or give us our full refund.
Ashley very helpful and warm greetings as we walked in this stay was nice and the entire staff was sweet thank you all and we will be back
Everything was wonderful, breakfast was great and the Ms Ashley at the front desk was sweet and very informative and helped us all find a good restaurant to choose from we will be back thank you for making our stay feel like home.
The front desk lady was really sweet and generosity is on full display for me. The lobby inside is nice plus many of the room plans have free breakfast. I sadly had an odd experience that I don’t think most would ever experience. I see people that seem to care & in my option earned a second chance from me in the future!
So I’ve stayed at this location numerous times and they have always shown me the most love and hospitality when I stay specifically MK and Justin are like Batman and Robin they are the best dynamic duo. Marisela being Alfred, I consistently stay here for years (since 2023) and so far she has been the most present and best manager! The team is very respectful, welcoming, and I will continue to come here especially with the current team.
