The room was clean and had everything I wanted. They are big too. It really felt homey. Everyone I met was great. The breakfast was better than most hotels I stay at. They have a parking garage under the hotel. It's kinda tight, so don't take anything big in. The price was reasonable.
Lilian and Jeff were AMAZING!! Lilian was friendly and helped with my check in and dinner suggestion. Jeff was absolutely priceless. He not only Helped with directions to the ferry he told me every in and out I needed to know. He also gave me a printed out schedule. Visiting in a non-vacation mode (stressed getting to a city hospital and navigating the atrocious streets of Seattle) Jeff was a breath of fresh air! Thank you for being such amazing people. Rooms are tiny. Confused about the service and what they do, since it doesn’t seem like much. Had to wait to be checked in since no one was around. Location is great though!
