Always top-notch. Friendly service and front desk is always helpful. Breakfast is always on point.
The hallway smelled like mildew the night auditor was nice and helpful. Room needs to be updated.
For a one night stay, this was a very go-to choice I made. The location is perfect along with the hotel honoring membership perks. The only reasons why I gave it a 4 star and not the full 5-star review is because the pool was unable to be used and due to the full hotel capacity, there aren't enough elevators. Most hotels have two, but this one has one which is not a big deal on off season days but for a summer with a full hotel is a bit tough. However, I am glad for the peaceful night we had and a safe area.
Room service is every other day which was NOT relayed to us. Continental Breakfast is nice. The most disgusting thing was their pool!! It was Dirty, trash in it, bacteria growing, looked like a Ses pool!! Ugh!!
