The hotel is currently undergoing renovations but receptionist was very kind to reserve another hotel location for us. Thank you.
I dont leave bad reviews often but this needs to be taken care of. My parents were supposed to stay at this hotel however they were going to arrive at 3am. In order to avoid them canceling the reservation, my father called them to confirm that he was going to arrive. Once they got there they discovered the reservation was canceled anyways. This isn't even the worst. The Indian lady was rude to the max. Telling my mother to shut her mouth due to her not speaking English very well. I loved everything about this hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, everything was in walking distance. Property is well maintained
we had a wonderful stay on labor day weekend. the hotel was very clean, very cute. we had a first floor accessible (tub) room with two queen beds. the room was great, it’s small as you’d expect but it didn’t feel small. there were small details i loved like the floral shade on the window and the nightlight above a chair. the furnishing was simple modern. there was a lot of room for clothing to be stored. the only problems with the room was 1- there was no phone! that is a trip. and 2- the bathtub had no plug, rendering it pr... read more
