GM Carlie is unlike any manager I've encountered anywhere! Non caring of a guests comfort with their stay . Extremely negative attitude. .
This is by far the worst hotel stay I have ever had! The manager is rude and has a smart mouth and is extremely unprofessional ! She thinks it is acceptable to have a bunch of guys partying at the pool for 5 hours with beer cans everywhere. I believe that is what a bar is for! When I filed a complaint I was told she is sorry she could not give me my own private pool area. If you stay here don't plan on using the pool people like to get drunk and party all day making it very uncomfortable for people to enjoy themselves at the pool watching people get drunk. No tables to sit at because the tables are full of empty beer cans. .the girls that work at the front desk are extremely nasty ! Not a very welcoming hotel at all. There have been three men at the pool since this afternoon drunk off their minds they have dozens of beer spilled all over the floor beer cans everywhere we are paying all this money for a room and can't even enjoy the pool!! When we complain to the front desk she laughed and told us too bad there's nothing she can do!! Very rude girl ! I certainly would not want somebody like that representing my business!
