Another typical great Marriott experience. The front desk staff were especially kind and helpful.
Alice is an insensitive manager backed by what seems like corporate greed. I had a rough travel situation and genuinely booked the wrong Fairfield hotel under distress and exhaustion. Columbus has many neighboring cities which made it confusing to figure out which hotel I needed. I stayed one night and was hoping she would work with chase travel to refund the remainder of the stay. She gave me some nonsense sob excuse as to why she can't.
