I travel for work a lot, and I would normally give this hotel two stars. Simple breakfast. AC did not reduce humidity in my room. Shower had no control for water pressure, so I was blasted. But I’m giving it a one star review to counter balance the people that are making points by giving a rave review. See attached picture
The receptionist charged the wrong credit card on file. It’s taking an act of congress to get this matter resolved. One top of getting (The GM) are anyone else to call me back is another conversation !!!!! TWO full weeks and counting ….Unbelievable!!
