The people are fine but I wish someone told me that my 4pm late checkout was denied. Since becoming a titanium member this is my first time having it denied.
Very relaxing, great breakfast The best part was the sunrise.
I have stayed at this Fairfield Inn before. The customer service is always top notch, and all staff are friendly. The hotel could use an update. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but the wooden furniture is worn and the bathroom is basic. On the bathroom wall, someone sprayed something on the wall that made it look green. The mattress was very comfortable, as were the pillows. The room door needs repair, as it is very heavy and almost closed on me a few times (slams shut, which is loud and dangerous). The Service was very good, Location is Excellent and the room was great except for the toilet on the fifth floor. Excellent food restaurants close by to walk to. Funny that the hot tub was cold and the pool was really warm at 80-90 degrees Fahrenheit, Like it got switched around. The Breakfast in the morning had waffles, bagels, English muffins and a toaster to warm bread up. Also had eggs, bacon, sausage-pork,Turkey, cereal, yogurt, milk, coffee, half and half, and hot water
