9th floor king w small room pull out sofa bed. Clean. Friendly staff. Kids live the pool and hot tub. Breakfast pretty good overall, standard hotel buffet breakfast. Again, friendly helpful staff. Easy beach access. No elevator access to hotel, so you have to unload before parking.
Staff were great and very helpful and attentive. The hotel room was in need of repairs and smelled. The AC units did not turn off so there was always the noise of the fans. Changing setting didn’t work. Mildew and peeling paint in the bathroom. Loose faucet handles and a shower door that did not want to stay closed. The common areas of the hotel were fine and well kept. I spent $800 for a 2-night stay at this hotel and I was very disappointed. Upon arrival at the hotel there was a note on the door that said to use key to enter the building and there was no one at the desk. I looked in my email and received a about a contactless Check-in entry. I downloaded the app and filled in the information. I couldn't check in through the app because it was after 12am the next day. The hotel sent me an email for feed back on the stay, which was not flattering, they never bothered to acknowledge any of the issues we encountered. We will not be returning nor would I recommend anyone to stay at this property.The girl at the front desk (she wears a mask) treated me so rudely upon arrival I couldn't believe it. there was no recognition for being a titanium elite guest.
