I was a guest at this property located at 119 Angelina Way, Avon, IN. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The service was excellent. There were several representatives that we had the pleasure of interacting with, Ashley, Nicole, Hanna and Mackinzie, among others. These four stand out and were the epitome of excellent service. The next time I am in this area, I will certainly give this location my business. Excellent experience. Thank you all for your service.
Always have a nice stay when I come into town. Greeted with smiles, and a nice hello every time! Ashley is a big help when I need to make my reservations and if I need anything during my trip/visit. Also, they have theeee most channels I've ever seen at a hotel. Full cable (direct tv) very impressed by that.
First room they gave us head board was absolutely disgusting with nasty handprints and dripping dried liquid. They gave us a new room and offered us a free snack. The second room had a few rose petals that hadn’t been cleaned up from the last people. Breakfast wasn’t anything worth eating. Just after the first room being nasty it just gave us a bad feeling about the rest of the place. Wont be staying in a Fairfield in again.
