I encountered many issues with this particular hotel. My security lock was snapped clean off. Room door was not aligned so that the deadbolt was barely functioning. Gym equipment was filthy. Saturday night had a 1st floor party occurring past 9 pm with VERY LOUD music. Not a location I would stay at again. Traveler beware. * The breakfast staff person was awesome
I don’t think they wash their comforters unfortunately or wipe down stuff. Ppl at the front desk are great. Cleaning staff sucks
The front desk staff was really nice, rooms outdated with a lil smell to them like they haven’t been used for awhile. Room was clean though. You can smell the bleach walking through the halls. Breakfast was good. I would stay again.
My mother had surgery at IU West Hospital, which is just down the road from the Fairfield Inn in Avon. She had to be there at 8 am. We live over an hour away. Rather than fight AM Indy traffic, we spent the night at the Fairfield Inn in Avon. The room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom clean. No noise at night.
