Room had not been cleaned.
The room was very clean when we got there. But our fridge didn’t work. I needed a fridge for the week and the staff was very kind helping me keep my food cold until they could find a working one. Staff was kind, helpful and pleasant. In a great location out of the city but close to the highways to get to everything quickly. Only down side was the pool and hot tub were not very clean.
Here’s my experience with this place. Their breakfast Leaves much to be desired. I don’t like to eat frozen sausage, egg and cheese croissants but that’s pretty much what they are. They sit there all morning and get pretty crunchy on the ones on the bottom anyway they like to double stack them. They don’t trim their trees so if you have a service van plan on the tree limbs clunking the top of your service van explain that to your service manager.
