We've been here twice in less than a week. The first visit was very nice. The second visit is not so nice, in a room that hasn't been redone, so the mattresses are very soft, the remote thermostat doesn't work, and it's missing the reading lamps at the beds.
The hotel is fine, but the Internet is literally the worst… It just keeps going in and out several times a minute and when I asked the front desk if this is normal, she just said “yes”. Come on Marriott… you made 19.3 billion in profit last year and you can’t have working Wi-Fi? It’s literally the one thing that every hotel guest needs besides water.
