We didnt get to check in at 3pm . The room wasnt ready so we had to wait over a hr . And we had to get ready for a meeting. Thats why I booked the room this morning so it would be ready. The rood had a musty smell . But other wise it was good . They didnt offer us. I discount or a late checkout.
I booked 1 night at this location. My first room smelled so strongly of dog urine it burned my eyes. The beds were haphazardly made. This was not the level of service I am used to. I asked for a new room and my new room was across from my original room. When I exited the elevator the second time to go to my new room I noticed the smell was in the hallway just not as strong.
