I liked the room. It was clean and laid out well. My only complaint " and this is no fault of the hotel " whoever the very large person was in the room above me should not be up lumbering around the room at 2 am.
Room was nice and breakfast had options but I did not receive my incidental deposit back for no reason. Got the run around trying to call anyone. Unless anyone reaches out we won't be staying at fairfield inn again. Tried to contact and left a call back number twice now.
We stayed in a suite with kids. We had just been kicked out of Gadsden Inn and Suites because I had kids so to come to Fairfield inn and be treated with respect regardless of having kids helped make it a great experience. Staff was extremely nice. The hotel was clean and smelled amazing. The prices were also better! Thank you Fairfield Inn! It's the small things that make a big difference in someone's life and y'all did that!!!!! 👌
