I just wanted to thank Ms. Karen for helping me get setup with our stay. She worked very hard to help us out as we need to do a stay and play for our daughters competition. The staff there were super friendly.
Good hotel, getting renovated. New carpets and paint. Staff was nice and responsive. Beds adequate. Breakfast was pretty decent: fresh bacon, waffles, muffins, coffee, etc. Biggest problem was all the outlets were really old and my phone charger, computer cord, etc would fall out of them or had to be in just right to charge. Other than that, good hotel. Traffic is really loud and walls are paper thin as far as sound. Not the best but definitely not the worst.
Absolutely Disgraceful. Marriott Should Be Ashamed We specifically chose to stay at this hotel because of a wonderful past experience, but this time was nothing short of appalling. The hotel is under construction, and had we known, we would have never booked here. Our room is an absolute disaster—reeking of Sheetrock dust and mold. The sink is dripping and not running, the trim is missing, and there are literal holes in the walls. In middle of renovations. It was weird to have a TSA suitcase lock on the bar the goes across the lock in the room. Staff super friendly. Karen at the front desk is a gem!. Close to many venues. Would stay here again
