Very nice staff! Very clean!
The room was ok , the Wi-Fi was down. It was so loud with people running and playing most of the night staff was no help and just said sorry 😞 would not stay her again
Do not stay here if you can! Arrived and checked in. Offered the choice of water or points in 100 degree weather! As an elite member, water should be very basic. My toilet was broken the moment I walked in my room as I could hear it running. I tried to flush it and it just kept running. Management sent up a guy who said “the last person who fixed it did it incorrectly” I recieved no offer to change rooms. As for compensation and told I have to check in tomorrow….Also the toilet broke AGAIN later in the night! Smoke detector ... read more
This was the worst place I have ever stayed. For $267 one would think a room would be clean. The love seat in the room was covered in stains and torn. There was a stain on the carpet that looked like human waste. It is extremely dated. When I asked for another room none were available. Because I had already unhooked my trailer for the night I was too tired to find another hotel for one night.
