Alena made my trip absolutely amazing!! Her customer service & hospitality was impeccable!! She's a sweetheart that loves her job & is certainly a people person! I came in stressed & her calmness helped me tremendously! The staff was patient, courteous, & friendly. The pool was fun & the rooms were clean. I wish there was a jacuzzi, but I still truly enjoyed my stay... due to the 5-7 minute drive to the beach from the hotel. This lady had a great time staying at the Fairfield Myrtle Beach!!!
I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inns and Suites in North Myrtle Beach. While the location was a good spot, my stay was not a good one. During our 3 night stay, we had several recurring problems: 1) Our TV reception was horrible. Stations that normally appear were appearing in and out. Clearly satellite issues. The main thing here was we brought it to the front desk’s attention, they came up and adjusted, but the problem remained. I checked in and pulled back the sheets. There were chip crumbs and other crumbs and hair. Housekeeping had obviously not changed the sheets. I requested another room and it was fine. This hotel is pushing the need for a full upfit. The price was good, breakfast was nice, and so were the staff. It’s low to Marriott standards but ok if you need a cheaper hotel in the area.
We were in a position to evacuate late at night from the condo we booked due to black mold found. The staff was AMAZING making sure we were cared for and had a room away from any noise because we have a 2yr old. The rooms were clean, staff was amazing & we highly recommend them!
