Nice place to stay.
Great location for White Sands Narional Park. The rooms and property are clean, but the rooms need some updating.
I booked a double queen room but they changed it to a king room because they are overbooked. They continue to say they cannot do anything. One of us can only sleep on inflatable bed. Added after three I left the hotel. I got a very ‘generous’ compensation for my bad experience: 10k points. Lol, I spend more than 30k on the hotel and they think 10k is enough for a proper sorry.
What is liked about this hotel is its location, close to everything in Alamogordo: 30 minutes to White Sands, 5 minutes to Walmart, and many restaurants nearby (within walking distance). 🏨🚶♀️ It is safe and clean. ✨🧼 The room was spacious with all the essentials (wardrobe, iron, TV, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator). ☕📺 The breakfast is simple here, with few options available. 🍳🥣 There are plenty of parking slots free of charge. 🅿️🚗 Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. 😊👍
