As soon as I entered this hotel I saw the big fish tank with the very cool fish! Soo cool. Then I was greeted by the super friendly and amazing staff. I cant say enough great things about every single staff member that works here... so friendly and helpful. There isn't one negative thing a person could say. The rooms were great except for the tile in the bathroom. Seems like every tile was moving and all the grout chipped out of every line. But that doesn't really bother me too much. Location is great for visiting White Sands. Stay was decent.
Wonderful stay! Clean and comfortable room with big TVs, heated pool, great breakfast, very helpful employees and overall excellent condition of the property. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
I recently visited someone staying at this hotel and wanted to say this about the staff, especially housekeeping. The housekeeping team clearly works hard to keep rooms clean, organized, and smelling fresh for guests. You can tell they put real effort into making sure everything is presentable and comfortable, and that level of consistency does not go unnoticed. I wanted to recognize a housekeeper I believe her name was Julia, I want to shout her out because I recently watched her go out of her way to help an older guest who had misplaced a necklace. She handled the situation with patience, professionalism, and genuine kindness, never acting rushed or annoyed while helping her look for it. You could tell the guest was upset at first but she found it for her, so afterward the older woman was extremely grateful and kept thanking her for the help and respect she showed her.
