Dr Hernandez is not listed, so I had to go through this way. I’m in search of a new vascular specialist. I had the chance to read his office notes about me and they were all incorrect. What he put in the system was not right and was not what was said or happened. He apparently heard me wrong. My information I give is always the same unless I have a symptom that I am going through that is not very normal.
