If you want real medical assistance in figuring out what is going on with you I recommend going anywhere but here, dr. The actual appointment and service at the location was better than most but it was the billing that was a ridiculous amount of stupidity. Got my bill, followed the instructions and paid online within 30 days. A YEAR later I got a notice of unpaid/past due. I sent my printout of the payment receipt, my credit card statement showing the payment was made. Called etc. etc. Nope sent to collections. Paid it again to just get it off because it hit my credit score. Very frustrating.

If I could give this practice zero stars, I would. It is AWFUL. I scheduled my original appointment at the beginning of August for September 30th. Soon after, I received paperwork where my name was severely misspelled. Then, out of the blue, they sent me a text telling me that my appointment was being moved to the end of October. No apology, no explanation, just telling me that help would be another month away. A wait period of THREE MONTHS for help. These people do not care about helping anyone.
