Absolutely ridiculous pricing on ALL of your listed homes. A 2 bedroom 1 bath ranch house for over 217k!? All of your listed homes are absolutely not fair priced whatsoever. What you guys are doing is NOT for the people, and you guys jack up prices substantially just to line your own pockets there at Fairfield. Have fun trying to sell them because I'll never buy through you and i made sure a lot of others won't either.
Beth is friggin amazing. She scheduled an appointment at her office with us to explain the entire process. She answers every question we had AND advised us on stuff we didn't even know to ask. She was available by text, email or phone and her communications were ALWAYS *prompt* *professional* and *meaningful*. She took time to ask about what our perfect house would be.
