If I could give 0 stars I would. I attended an appointment last month here for X-Rays on my back & received an appointment notification for the same location almost a month later for the same thing. When I called, I was told the woman in charge of X rays wouldn't be in until 3. I recorded a voice-mail at 2:58 saying they lost my X-rays & that I'd have to redo them, while I'm deployed. This is the last appointment needed to finish my claim & its being held up due to their direct incompetence. They also do not answer the phone... read more
If I could give zero stars I would. I was scheduled for an exam here by LHI, didn’t get the providers name but she was African American and I believe a NP. Not only was she completely dismissive of me when speaking, she repeatedly tried to push me further than I could physically go during the exam and told me to “stop resisting “ several times after communicating that I was in pain and couldn’t.
