No consideration for their tenants and they are bias towards different races,
Personally I've never had any.major issues and I've been here 7 years. Anything that didnt work or broke down was fixed within a decent time frame. The apartments are definitely decent sized, 3 levels, and management answers my questions to the best of their ability. There have been a few paperwork issues but it always was figured out In the end.
