Very slow to fix things. The air conditioning was out of order for over 1 year. Houses need updating because of how much rent is paid. So blessed to have found a better place for my family. True slum lords.
This place use to be a great place to live until we got new management this year which completely sucks. No one is ever available when you need them at the main office. After the previous management left they no longer provide any pest control or even do a good job with keeping up with the outside. When something needs to be fixed it takes them almost a month to get it done. They are also over priced for the poor service they provide in this neighborhood. The community is really great and everyone that works in the office is very understanding and shows a lot of compassion for the tenants. They always keep up on the curb appeal and for the most part the trouble is null existent. It's a great place to live for not even that bad of a price!
The new management does suck. I've been living here for 4 years and I agree with all Jaqualya said. This will be the 2nd summer living in this house with no air conditioning. They gave me 2 floor units instead of fixing or replacing the unit. I've got to find another place now tired of being a good tenant to slum lords
