Had the weirdest conversation with receptionist when I called about anti-wrinkle injection. It’s not a “focus” of the practice, (totally fine, except it’s literally advertised on their website) and only some regulars can get it, and I couldn’t be booked unless I got the go-ahead from the staff member who does it, part time. And maybe I could call back, when she’s in. Whole thing was bizarre and confusing and a waste of my time.
I’ve always had good experiences with this clinic as a long-term patient. The reception staff are consistently courteous and accommodating, the nurses are kind and always put me at ease, and the doctors are professional, informative, and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Kazmi for any hair-related issues. He is extremely knowledgeable, always welcoming of your comments and suggestions, and works with you to achieve the best possible outcome. I have been going to the clinic for over 10 years and i want to say the nurses and Doctors are all so professional and kind . Jenny is so warm, caring , informative and makes me feel so at ease. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough.
A waste of time and money - my condition got worse bc of my visit!! I visited Dr Robinson after dealing with eczema my entire life but had a new flare up around my eyes. I stressed that I already have prescribed steroid creams, use products for sensitive skin / that do not irritate me, and that I already know some causes of my regular flare ups (stress, food, and humidity). I went to see A/Prof Aaron Robinson for help with my lifelong dermatitis which has continued to evolve and worsen over the years, severely impacting my life and physical/mental health with constant flare ups leaving me incapacitated for days.
