Don’t stay here everything messed up don’t trust this people whom works here they ripped you off Fairfield worst place they take $1000 off from my deposit I called main office no one have answer why they take money out if you talk to them no one willing to help you out HEATHERWOOD is better then Fairfield. Zero star Fairfield.
This is the worst place to live!! The maintenance people are rude and dismissive. The grounds are not maintained. For what they charge in rent, it is a disgrace. I can't even begin to talk about the people who rent here. Screaming fights, police every other day, noone picks up their dog poop. I am counting the minutes to get out of my lease. DO NOT RENT HERE!!
My five stars are almost strictly off the grounds being maintained and clean. The people "residents" are (some) friendly & "safe"
