Every other year a pipe has broken and leaked through my ceiling and required several days of work to repair. Right now my washer has had a broken drain hose for a week and they have yet to fix it. Can't do laundry.
Worst place ever!! I would advise not to rent here!! Things are always broken. Very Loud neighbors! And between the stray cats, dog poop and infestation of pest from other apartments is ridiculous! When maintenance is called they do half a** job!! This place is disgusting and no one should come here. Not worth it at all. You are better off paying more for somewhere clean and comfortable.
Don’t stay here everything messed up don’t trust this people whom works here they ripped you off Fairfield worst place they take $1000 off from my deposit I called main office no one have answer why they take money out if you talk to them no one willing to help you out HEATHERWOOD is better then Fairfield. Zero star Fairfield.
