I did not want to turn to Google but unfortunately after no response from management I need to post my grievances here. I have been a tenant since 2021. When we first toured the apartments we instantly fell in love with the fact we would be getting a newly renovated apartment with new appliances, etc. During the tour we were told about ALL the renovations this property would be getting. Apartment was fine until we had to move out. They will find any excuse to charge you the full security deposit. They charged money for the key despite me returning the key, to the tune of $175, even though they had stated the charge would be taken off when the key is sent. They also refused to answer any emails regarding the payment, and we were left having to email repeatedly just to pay off our remaining balance.
