All summer long couldn’t use the pool. Every single time I had a day off or I’d bring my daughter to use the pool, it would be closed for “maintenance”. Another excuse is the “chemicals”. Then the lifeguards are always on break. It’s like what’s the point of advertising that they have a pool when it’s never available to use. Such a waste, all summer long. FALSE ADVERTISING! The worst part is you can never get in touch with anyone to complain.
This is the most disorganized management I’ve ever encountered. We have been extremely proactive in trying to resolve billing issues, yet the office provides different, conflicting "solutions" every single time. To make matters worse, the staff’s attitude is incredibly rude and unprofessional. They are masters of avoidance—never replying to emails and only appearing when it’s time to collect money.
