Avoid doing business with Ryan Roberto and Fairfield County Roofing and Siding. He stole my money and has defrauded several other individuals. There are multiple cases against him and his company in recent years. I paid him a $26K deposit in February and have received nothing but lies and broken promises, with no work completed and only $1,500 returned as of July 22, 2024.
Fairfield County Roofing & Siding came out and gave us a proposal for replacing the siding on our house, Ryan was one of 3 bids we received, I feel Ryan’s proposal was the most detailed out of the three, he was also very knowledgeable and put our concerns to rest as he seemed very familiar and comfortable with our style of siding. The Team at Fairfield County Roofing was great they cleaned up the property daily and were very polite. We love our new siding and all our neighbors rave about the transformation.
Finally, a fabulous roofer. Not only did Ryan come back and give us an extimate, he was completely responsive through his cell and transparent AND stuck to what his contract said! His crew is amazingly friendly, courteous and clean up after themselves. They completed my entire roof in 2.5 days which included ripping off the two layers of old shingles, replacing only the plywood that needed to be replaced, and did the extra work for free of installing a bathroom fan venting to the roof. HIGHLY recommended!!!
Had three other quotes. Fairfieldcountyroofing was fair in price. Guys were very clean . Work fast and professional. Would def recommend this company for future work .
