My experience with the dentist was good. Let me say this. You do not bill a customer a deductible unless it is required. This was my first visit for preventive care which did not require a deductible. I found out by my previous dentist when getting tooth pulled and was required to pay a deductible. I called on several occasion and was told I can pick it up at the office and I request it be credited back to my card stil nothing it's has been over an month and nothing I request an office manager to call me as of today no call ... read more
