After a slight mishap this weekend, Fairfield Collision came to the rescue in such an amazing way. Not only did they save my car from a possible dreaded and annoying service at MB New Rochelle, they picked up my car and brought it back to their facility. Ashley was extremely responsive in overseeing that my car's repairs were done quickly and efficiently. Without hesitation, my car was repaired quickly and delivered to my front door! I recommend highly. It is very convenient that my insurance company has an adjuster on site so everything is done in one place (estimate and repair). I have had cars repaired there previously (for comp claims!) and always a thorough job is performed. The work is guaranteed and they fix the vehicle right (no cutting corners). I was sent here through Mercedes Benz Fairfield for my used Subaru. Everyone I have interacted with thus far in the process has been great. My only complaint is that the man they told me was in charge of my service told me it was actually someone else but who knows why that happened. I get my car back tomorrow and will update depending on how my car turns out. Update: Thank you FCC!! Thank you Jimmy! My car looks brand new! I will definitely come here again if the need arises
