Service department called my husband to clear up a communication glitch. Clearly professional and concerned about the customer's satisfaction. It is not something that one sees in many businesses. We have bought two pre-owned cars from the Fairfield group in the last 10 years and will return once we have drive the 2012 into the ground.

Rude Service Manager, Seth. I recently had a negative interaction with this person. He was very rude and told me he would not service my new Tahoe because it was not purchased from Fairfield. He had no interest in understanding the issue. I will not be back to Fairfield for service or future new vehicles. I trade-in for a new Tahoe every three years and there are plenty of options out there insofar as dealers. Their loss.

My first vehicle purchase here at this dealership. I haven’t purchased a brand new car in 20 years. Michael Vidal is the most knowledgeable, efficient & genuine salesman I have ever encountered.
