I had a $10,000 deposit on a CT5 V Blackwing for almost 3 years at this point. Finally the dealership was able to get an allocation for the Blackwing and once that came in the GM had my sales person constantly "remind" me the the GM's friend really wants this allocation. So after a while they wear me down and I give up the allocation to the GM's "friend". I ask for my deposit back and get told that it's "in the mail" and get the run around for a while. 3 weeks later they tell me that I can just come pick it up from their loc... read more
Just called in for a price on rear brakes for my truck and the service advisor hung up on me. I've also had to fight with the service department to honor pricing from the Chevrolet accessories page. I will not give this dealership another chance and will drive the extra 15 minutes to Blaise in Muncy. Absolutely terrible service department. Edit: i am always polite to the staff except for the last call which was "dropped". I simply called back and said that they were not getting my business. No cussing or yelling.
Knowing the electric infrastructure is limited, a CAR DEALERSHIP, (first time I’ve seen one) says their car charging is not available to the public. Only fast charger within 50 miles. In other words if you buy an EV from them they won’t let you charge it. What a joke.
