Michael Vidal is an excellent salesman and a fine young man. He went above and beyond to secure me my brand new 2026 Chevrolet Trax LS. It just arrived at the dealership off the truck. Michael was patient and took his time with me and was patient. Michael offered me all discounts and incentives that I qualify for including military. I highly recommend Michael and the dealership!
I was attempting to sell my car to them via online. I had the date and everything scheduled a week in advance. I made tons of arrangements and took time out of my day to see them and then last minute they said they thought it was a different car. How do you as a dealership not know which car it is? The lack of competence caused a real inconvenience for me. Plenty of other options out there.
We bought a low mileage car, and we drove it home, just home, nowhere else.... the clutch went out on it. We had to have it towed back to the dealership at our own expense, where it sat for a week before ever being looked at. It has now been over three weeks, and we still do not have the car back
