I had been looking for a sports car for several months. Found one on the website that I liked. Began communicating with Abraham regarding the vehicle. After a few conversations my wife and I made the 2+ hr ride from NJ. Abraham and the staff were friendly and very easy to work with. EVERYTHING we saw online regarding the vehicle and the numbers discussed were exactly as we found them when we arrived. EASIEST car buying experience ever. Thanks to Abraham and the staff.
Sent a text about a vehicle listed for sale, requested photos. Waited 24 hours and still didnt recieve any. Called and was met with a very rude male. I spent well over $150 thousand on vehicles over the last year and have never had such a horrible pre buying experience! Do not recommend this dealer to anyone! I normally hate car shopping! Abraham (at Lewisburg) was very easy to deal with. I knew what I wanted to test drive. I liked it. There was no trying to sell me something else or pressuring me to buy it at that moment. I went home to sleep on it, and came back the following day to buy it. A month later I am still very pleased with the experience.
It took me a long time to write this review. I purchased a 2015 Cadillac Escalade ESV from this dealership about a year and a half ago. At first impression was good the salesman Travis was very nice the whole experience went well on my way driving home I noticed that the touchpad on my radio did not really work I text Travis to ask questions about the radio and he never responded.
