Been a long existing patient here, You book an appointment and you expect them to follow thru but when you get there, walk ins push in and don't get seen till 30min-40min later and I checked in half an hour before my appointment starts. It's happened on a couple of occasions and when it hasn't been busy as well. Not reliable and consistent.

After 40yrs of seeing Dr Fitch at no time have I felt any unsatisfactory consultations whether it being for a migraine headache or a sprained ankle or even a pulled ligament in my back. I've never left his surgery without feeling the utmost treatment giving and will always have him as my family doctor.
