Punctuality is terrible if you make it 5 minutes late to your appointment you lose your appointment and if you make it early does not count you still have to wait 1 hr if your lucky they just keep bringing in people before you even if your wating before the people get there I think it works alot with favouritism if the dr Zin mar lwin sees your wating before these people get there it's your appointment and she just calls in everyone else before you very poor service reminds me of Fairfield hospital very sad
Dr Ahila Sivaguru, absolutely appalling experience. I’ve attended this practice in the past but this time I attended because I’ve tested positive for pregnancy. I asked to do a blood test and she said first I need to pee in a cup because I’ve only done the at home test. I declined as it’s a barbaric practice and I have declined it in my last pregnancy. She said no I don’t do it like that, you have to pee in a cup first then do a blood test. What is the point of you stalling my blood test and making me uncomfortable?! If you’... read more
