Extremely disappointing experience. I booked two weeks in advance for my newborn’s first appointment with Dr. Jacqueline Krantz. After travelling an hour to get there, I was told that being six minutes late meant I couldn’t be seen, as completing a new patient form would “take too long.” Very inconsiderate and unprofessional, especially when dealing with new parents and a baby’s first visit. Not hard to see why this place is only 3 stars with this many reviews.
Absolutely pathetic service. Had a 12pm appointment, nobody waiting and at 1pm I asked what the hell was the problem. There wasn't any issue or delays, they just decided to leave me waiting for no reason. Even my Dr asked why I was waiting so long. Don't even deserve the 1 star rating
Expect to wait over an hour to see your doctor at this practice. The policy of the practice is the time you are given cannot guarantee you will be seen at that.
The doctors and admin team lead by Rose is amazing. Highly recommended.
