Friendly and welcoming staff. The elevated breakfast was a nice departure from other hotel breakfasts. Would stay here again.
Great place to stay.
This hotel is not maintained. The first room they showed us to was clearly used for smoking. When we returned to the front desk the attendant said a former employee used it for indoor smoking and they could not get the smell out. The second room they booked us in we found open food containers and the TV on upon entry. Either the room was not cleaned or someone had been using it for dinner. I’ve been here for approximately three weeks due to travel for work. The hotel is relatively clean, but there are areas that could use more attention. Customer service has been a mixed bag, and as a platinum elite member, I expect more. Jose has been excellent! He’s always been helpful and kind, as well as the new employee who has been training with him. Also, Alejandro has been great and always helpful and thorough in his cleaning.
