The lady at the front was very nice But whoever the manager was sitting in the office hollering out at me She was very unprofessional I would not recommend booking or working for this place at all Miserable woman Bet you won't holler at me again
I booked 4 rooms on a work trip. I was promised 2nd floor rooms for all 4 rooms due to elevator out of service. Desk clerk put 3 out of 4 of my team on the 4th floor. Hotel staff continued the entire week blaming each other. I am very disappointed in this Marriott stay. Poor customer service.
Please…I am begging you. Stay ANYWHERE else. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had and with it being a Marriott is insane!!! The elevators were down during our entire Monday-Friday stay and they “couldn’t” put us on the first floor (though the hotel was definitely not full). I had my 3 year old with me and had to carry multiple suitcases and bags up and back down the stairs with NO help. They also didn’t clean our room for several days and said the housekeeping team “couldn’t get to us”. The bathrooms had rust a... read more
The elevators are perpetually broken. I saw other reviews and figured I would take a chance. They have people on staff specifically to carry luggage up the stairs so they apparently are not planning on fixing them. The bed is also hard as a rock.
