I arrived July 23 check-in told the elevators are out. They’ve been out for a while due to a previous storm Was given a room on the third floor went up the stairs to the third floor key did not work seems to be somebody was in the room. I go downstairs then they give me a room on the second floor. I go up the stairs again, which I don’t know why they didn’t offer the second floor to begin with the room was filthy. This place is terrible, the elevators went out at the beginning of the week and they did not inform me of this! I drove 10 hours on Friday to get there, when I went to check in they told me they were out and they couldn't do anything about it, the girl working the front desk was very rude. I had no other choice but to take the room. I get in my room and there was less than half a roll of toilet paper on the roll and no extra rolls!!! After traveling through a major storm and arriving late I was exhausted so it’s understandable that I was upset when I was told I had to climb three flights of stairs. After climbing the stairs our key card didn’t work. I was extremely frustrated and took my wrath out on Jayla. She remained friendly and was extremely apologetic and upgraded our room to a suite. Elevator and internet was out - non1st floor rooms were available - should have been notified when making reservation.
Only real complaint is that housekeeping goes in and out of every room rhey service 35 times, slaming the door. Get something and prop the door open.
