Our stay was great! I don't remember the name of the woman at the desk but she was great. Checking in was quick/easy and seamless. The building upon driving up was in good shape. Rooms were clean, very spacious, had everything we needed, ac worked great and beds were comfortable! They were completely booked, yet we heard little to no noise outside of our rooms. I will never stay at this hotel again. The hotel decided to do maintenance to their boiler without taking the necessary precautions and notifying any guest. While my wife and I were showering in the morning to get ready we were covered in a heavy rust water that stained our skin and hair. Then the water was shut off and we were left covered in it. The water never returned to normal, and we were not able to get it off and get clean before continuing our trip. I was contacted my the hotel manager, that said they would compensa... read more
Hotel was clean and the building was fine, but the place was noisy and customer service was poor. Went for breakfast 15 minutes before it was suppose to close down, but there were no eggs. I asked if they would bring more, the lady said no, acted like I was inconveniencing her, and turned away unapologetically.
