Positives: Good rooms, Good gym, Good food Negatives: lady was smoking outside waited for 3-5mins for her to come in turns out she was the staff. Didnt really mind but not 5 star by any standards. And no juice machine
Not sure why hotels in this area were so pricey. But this hotel doesn't justify the price. The most annoying thing was that there was 1 ice machine for the whole hotel. Of course it wasn't working! The desk person was personable, wanted to be helpful. But advising us to go to McD's to buy ice at 10 at night doesn't really help.
Fantastic all around. Great front desk staff, clean and comfortable rooms with a complimentary breakfast. It met our needs and we will definitely stay here again when we visit the Spearfish area.
