Stayed here for a Father’s Day weekend and ended up leaving early. The noise from other guests made it difficult to sleep, and when we asked for help, the staff response felt dismissive and unhelpful. A bad night’s sleep is one thing, but poor customer service made the situation much worse. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.
We're local Pacifica residents staying here while our home is undergoing some maintenance. This place is overpriced, terrible hospitality (we frequent hotels and resorts), uncomfy beds, cell service is non-existent, and there is LOUD construction being done all day that prevented my toddler from comfortably napping.
