Great little hotel. simple, cheap, and in a great location (close to the island and many other attractions) Extremely clean and well maintained. You can tell the staff tries their best to make sure every guest has a good stay. Bed was comfortable, our room had 2 TV’s, which was a pleasant surprise. Complementary breakfast was pretty good. I really don’t think you can go wrong with this location. We plan on staying here again on our next trip to Pigeon Forge.
I enjoyed this place! The rooms were nice and spacious. They had board games and nice fireplaces . Included breakfast buffet was fairly good!
I had a recent stay at this property, the hot water was not working and when asked i was told they will file a work order next day. They didn’t offer to change rooms this is the worst property to stay at. I don’t recommend staying there.
