Friendly staff. Clean hotel.
Love everything about this place!! Really great and friendly staff, and customer service is exceptional. The complimentary breakfast was always delicious and hot with a decent amount of variety. Rooms are very spacious and clean . Love how the location is very accessible.
We stayed here as a stop over on a road trip to Montreal. We didn't need to be close to Parliament, so the location was not an issue. Its near the airport with plenty of free parking. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Check in was fast and efficient. The hotel is either relativy new or recently renovated, everything was very clean, modern and in excellent condition. We were given room 707. Super large and clean room. Good breakfast, free coffee and tea all day. Good gym and pool. Nothing to complain. Actually, one of the best hotels I stayed. I am definitely going to book this hotel again when I am in Ottawa.
