Awesome hotel, location and great breakfast. Every staff member I encountered was kind and helpful but special shout out to Tatiana, Brian and Francisco also the Guard...give them a raise!!!
Superbly located in a calm quiet part of Manhattan! Close to everything fun about NYC! What made me love this place is the staff! Incredibly nice, warm and helpful. I was working in the lobby and left my ever elusive EarPods in a rush to catch my uber, called them 8 hours later and they had it waiting for me at the front desk! I love those guys!
Johnnie and Tatayanna were great throughout my whole experience. I even spoke with Johnnie before I arrived. He remembered and that meant a lot to me. They are friendly and accommodating to everything I could have asked for. This staff is amazing.
