Great stay at this hotel for one night! We booked a king room and stayed on the main floor. Front desk staff were super nice and room was pretty clean. I would definitely stay here again when visiting NYC!
Hotel staff was all very nice. Cookies and water at the front desk for guest. I got a late check-out when I checked in, but they forgot to tell the cleaning staff,... cleaners were very nice about it and went on to another room. Room was small but clean. The tv didn't work which was a bummer, but it was late so I just let staff know about it when I checked out. Location is strange, feels like it is off the beaten path. Closest thing to it is Mt.Sinai West Hospital.
Stayed here as I'm a Bonvoy member. Decent location. We drove, so it was great to be close to a lot with discounted parking. The rooms are fine. Beds are mostly small doubles, so a bit tight for a family of three or 4 to sleep.
Much better than I expected. Rooms are NYC small. Free breakfast much better than most
10-12 minutes from a subway stop, on a quiet, very far west street. Service is very friendly and helpful
