I would like to give a shout out to a very special lady that works the front desk and the housekeeping staff. Her name is Marie. My mother and her husband were without power due to ice storm for 2 days. They arrived at the hotel at 8:30p.m. 1/26 assuming they had a room that her daughter booked for them. Unfortunately she was told no rooms. As my mother was in her car in the parking lot, Marie ran out to my mother's car. I booked this hotel for my birthday because it was one of the only ones I found with an indoor pool and hot tub. Went to go use it and it's out of order. I would have found somewhere else had I known this. That is something that should be mentioned when you are booking. There was something red stained on the bottom of my comforter also when I went to pull it down. I stayed here for less than 2 nights just to check out my last light to find some men boxers by the desk on the floor! This goes to say that I unknowingly slept in a dirty room! The “mgr” on shift the nxt morning swore the room was clean like she checks all the rooms after it’s “cleaned!” But obviously she doesn’t because she would’ve seen those boxers in the room! They charged me $300 deposit at the check in and they said that we will refund it when you check out. And it’s been over two weeks now without refund and I called three times to get my money back
