This Fairfield Inn and Suites offers excellent hospitality at a good price. The entire facility is spotless, and the customer service from the staff is outstanding. The food is standard for this tier of hotel. nothing fancy, but reliable. My only critique is that the hot tub area needs immediate attention, as it requires maintenance and a deep cleaning.
This hotel was the worst part of my trip. The first room I stayed in was damp. Like everything I had in the room ended up wet damp. I requested to move rooms and was put in a room with a strange foul odor. I contacted the front desk again and was moved to a 3rd room which was hot initially. To add insult to injury the AC kicked off in the middle of the night resulting in me waking to a 79° room at 2am. We really enjoyed our stay. We were only disappointed that the pool itself was ice cold and we couldn't get in.
The staff is very helpful. Shopping is close as well as an urgent care. Ebony the GM was welcoming and the staff vibrant!
