The front desk was exceptional. Clean rooms, great price, wonderful location. Would definitely recommend.
Stayed in Room 417. There was a continuous mechanical noise throughout the night. We reported the issue immediately upon arrival, but there was no effective resolution that night. We were unable to sleep due to the constant noise. The room was changed the following day, but the first night’s experience was already significantly impacted. Very disappointing stay.
Stayed here a little over a month ago for our Carowinds trip. The rates here were pretty good for a room to accommodate 5 people! I thought the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The free breakfast was good and I’d stay here again if the hotels by Carowinds are too pricy.
I did not like my stay here at all and thankfully didn't need to be in the room alot. There was a loud banging noise at night and kids running down the hallway. Ice machines were broken except for the one on the 3rd floor. The workers were new because they couldn't answer questions I had about my account. For example, I asked the girl if I was given points or market item as my welcome gift and she didn't know how to pull it up. I arrived late at the hotel during a business trip and was informed by the night front desk attendant that the pool and hot tub were both out of service. When I got to my room, I noticed a large dent in the door and that several light bulbs were missing. Already I know this is a poorly maintained Marriott Property.
